About Us

Advancing health, knowledge, and community transformation across Africa.

Our Story

The Lifestyle Impact Foundation is a public health nonprofit created to improve health, impart knowledge, strengthen communities, and expand the reach of preventive care across Africa.

We translate evidence into action through education, advocacy, lifestyle medicine, leadership development, and community-based programs that help people build healthier futures.

Our work is shaped by four connected commitments: knowledge, transformation, action, and impact.
