To train, mentor, and support lifestyle-conscious leaders across health, education, governance, and community sectors to drive values-based, wellness-driven development.
To conduct and support multidisciplinary research in lifestyle medicine, public health, and behavioural sciences to promote collaboration with national, regional, and international research institutions and to translate findings into policies and programs that improve population health.
To provide education, certification courses, workshops, and continuing professional development programs that strengthen competencies in lifestyle medicine, health promotion, and preventive care among healthcare professionals, educators, and community leaders.
To design and implement community-based projects, screenings, and awareness campaigns that encourage healthy living, reduce health inequalities, and support sustainable wellness initiatives.
To collaborate with governments, academic institutions, donor agencies, and civil society organizations to scale lifestyle-based prevention strategies, strengthen health systems, and build a culture of health and wellbeing in Africa.
